Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and reservation management
- Maintain pristine hotel standards through housekeeping duties, including room preparation and public area sanitation
- Support dining operations as a server or host, ensuring memorable guest experiences
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for conferences and weddings
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required – we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
