Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine hotel spaces including lobbies, rooms, and common areas
- Assist with housekeeping operations and room preparation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train motivated candidates
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Valid work authorization in the United States
