Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest experience
- Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone and in-person
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for conferences and weddings
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Process payments and operate hotel management systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required - we provide full training!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
