Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services with a focus on warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Assist in maintaining the pristine condition of the lobby, lounge, and public areas.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the facility meets the highest standards of luxury.
- Handle cash transactions and operate hotel management software accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new technology quickly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
