- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property meets high standards of quality.
- Uphold all hotel safety, security, and emergency protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
