Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's P&L, develop and monitor budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests and resolve any issues immediately to ensure high satisfaction scores and repeat business.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute marketing initiatives and partnerships to increase occupancy rates and drive direct bookings.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Grandview Hotels' brand standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff across various departments.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of hotel operations systems (PMS) and financial reporting tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
