Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person with professionalism.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and local recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet high standards.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; training will be provided.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
