Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately using hotel management software.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high guest satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is ready for guests.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over technical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
