Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Assist with front desk operations including reservations, inquiries, and payment processing
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and operational efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- Positive attitude with strong desire to learn and grow in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for hotel systems)
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid work authorization in the United States
