Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Manage P&L statements and control operational costs
- Train and mentor department heads to maintain service excellence
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with proven revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Boston market knowledge preferred
