Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes and concierge services
- Ensure immaculate room preparation and public area maintenance according to brand standards
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless hotel operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Support hotel events and special guest requests with proactive solutions
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license if required for shuttle services
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
