Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Guest Assistance: Handle inquiries, make reservations, and resolve guest issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Housekeeping Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Event Support: Collaborate with the events team to set up and manage banquet and meeting spaces for corporate and social gatherings.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently using hotel management software.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels of toiletries, linens, and office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel, resort, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to speak English fluently.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and move quickly between different areas of the hotel.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to serve guests.
