Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all guests upon check-in and check-out.
- Operate hotel management software and front desk systems accurately.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk areas.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and inquiries.
- Process payments and handle cash deposits with strict attention to detail.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure a pristine property.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
