Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting with check-in/check-out procedures and answering guest inquiries.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and guest rooms.
- Handling reservations and coordinating with the kitchen and housekeeping teams.
- Resolving guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting special events and hotel functions as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training is provided!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
