Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through personalized check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and optimize room occupancy rates
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain immaculate front desk and lobby areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage billing transactions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Maryland hospitality certification preferred
