Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor and assist with inquiries.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Operate hotel systems and communicate effectively with the front desk team.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are stocked with amenities and supplies.
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
