Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Stock and organize linen closets and supply rooms to ensure efficient operations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Ensure lobby, dining areas, and restrooms are pristine and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and front desk teams to streamline operations.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene standards set by the hotel.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality or hotel experience required—willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Valid identification and legal right to work in the United States.
