Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and in-person inquiries
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for weekend occupancy
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and reservation software
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
- Collaborate with weekend event staff for group accommodations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Michigan driver's license for valet duties
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent required
