Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including making beds and restocking amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We train you!
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
