Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement staff training programs to maintain service excellence
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Handle guest complaints and ensure 5-star service standards
- Coordinate with sales team for corporate and group bookings
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven P&L management expertise
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Valid North Carolina Food Manager certification
- Availability for flexible shifts including nights/weekends
