Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and manage reservation systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas exceeding cleanliness standards
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless service delivery
- Adhere to safety protocols and brand operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Valid Texas food handler certification (for F&B roles)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
