Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/out services with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints swiftly and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to guests
- Operate property management software (Opera/PMS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience

- Proficiency with hotel management systems
