Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem-solving
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred

- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic software

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
