Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Perform front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Manage housekeeping duties including room cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintenance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and hotel policies consistently
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Must pass background check and drug screening
