Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage front desk operations including reservations and guest communications
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Conduct nightly property inspections and safety audits
- Support concierge services for late-night guest inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in property management software (Opera/PMS)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
