Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Assist with food and beverage service in hotel dining facilities

- Operate hotel management systems and POS terminals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
