Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests during weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using hotel software systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Operate POS systems for food/beverage transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
