Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and in-person inquiries
- Process payments and manage reservations using our property management system
- Prepare and maintain clean, welcoming lobby and common areas
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services for arriving/departing guests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday required, flexible weekday hours possible)
