Responsibilities

- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Reliable transportation is preferred.
