Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel systems

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties in guest areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with event setup and guest services as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Must be 18+ years old with legal work authorization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Flexible availability for Friday/Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Basic computer literacy
