Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently during high-volume weekend periods
- Prepare and maintain guest rooms to brand standards
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation protocols
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) with flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Valid Minnesota hospitality or food handler certification (if applicable)
