Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during peak weekend hours with exceptional efficiency
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on service standards and procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless weekend operations
- Monitor room status and occupancy to optimize guest check-in/check-out processes
- Execute weekend inventory management for supplies and amenities
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols throughout the property
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to work weekends and holidays with flexible availability
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, PMS)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Memphis tourism attractions preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
