Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to meet our high-quality standards.
- Bed Making: Ensure all beds are made with crisp linens, pillows fluffed, and amenities arranged according to our luxury specifications.
- Restock Supplies: Monitor and restock guest supplies such as toiletries, soap, coffee, and towels to ensure a fully stocked room.
- Laundry Care: Sort, wash, fold, and press linens and towels efficiently.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests politely and address any immediate cleaning requests or concerns.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and reporting maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and correct minor details to ensure a perfect guest experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
