In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public spaces are immaculate, welcoming, and reflect the high standards of our brand. You will play a vital role in creating a comfortable and memorable stay for every guest who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas are thoroughly cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, and sanitized according to strict brand standards.
- Strip beds, make beds with precision, and replace linens and amenities to ensure a fresh and inviting appearance.
- Restock bathrooms and mini-bars with fresh toiletries and refreshments.
- Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, elevators, and lobby areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor or engineering department immediately.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Reliable work history and a positive, professional attitude.
