Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to the highest industry standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets thoroughly.
- Restock amenities, toiletries, and cleaning supplies in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Ensure all furniture and fixtures are arranged neatly and according to hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Follow strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
