Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries to ensure a fresh guest experience.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors according to strict health and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
- Organize and store cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure all safety protocols and infection control measures are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs safely.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours.
- Must be 18 years or older.
