Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are fresh, crisp, and properly aligned.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Dust, polish, and disinfect furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.
- Restock amenities and cleaning supplies in guest rooms and restrooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills and willingness to learn.
