Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds, change linens, and organize bathrooms to perfection, anticipating guest needs.
- Restock amenities, such as toiletries and towels, ensuring each room is fully equipped.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff by promptly reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, chemical handling procedures, and company quality assurance policies.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and handle inquiries with discretion.
- Ensure efficient time management to complete cleaning tasks within the allotted shift time.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
