Responsibilities
- Clean and Sanitize: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in accordance with our strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Bed Making: Ensure all beds are made with crisp linens, and pillows are plump and positioned perfectly.
- Amenity Management: Restock toiletries, coffee, and refreshments in guest rooms to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Floor Care: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the hotel.
- Guest Service: Report maintenance issues or damaged amenities immediately to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Inventory Control: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report low stock levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history is essential.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and management.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
