Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently while maintaining brand standards
- Manage reservations and optimize room occupancy daily
- Resolve guest inquiries and service requests promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services (spa, dining, tours)
- Operate property management systems (Opera/PMS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management software (Opera preferred)
- Fluency in English; Spanish highly valued
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for airport runs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
