Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bed-making, linen changes, and restocking amenities
- Maintain pristine common areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms) to brand standards
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere strictly to hotel hygiene protocols and sustainability practices
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed
- Provide exceptional guest service during room service interactions
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
