Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing fixtures.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to meet brand standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by the hotel and local authorities.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic English proficiency for effective communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
