Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist in front desk operations, including answering phones and managing reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain a high standard of visual appearance and uniform grooming.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
