Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes and answer inquiries about hotel amenities.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties in public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms.
- Handle luggage and valet services for arriving and departing guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and politely.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to 25 lbs).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel operations and safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation is required.
