Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to our strict standards.
- Linens & Amenities: Ensure all linens are freshly laundered, ironed, and arranged neatly; restock amenities and supplies.
- Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs and address any immediate cleaning requests or maintenance issues promptly.
- Standard Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Efficiency: Manage time effectively to ensure rooms are turned over within the designated timeframes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to spot and rectify any cleanliness issues.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
