Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to our strict standards.
- Bed Making: Make beds, change linens, and ensure all bedding is pristine and neatly arranged.
- Restocking: Restock mini-bars, restrooms, and guest rooms with amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels.
- Waste Management: Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Reporting: Immediately report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost items to the supervisor.
- Guest Relations: Interact professionally with guests and respond to their requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 25 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for clear communication with the management team.
