Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, managing reservations and processing payments accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly using our property management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in the lobby and public areas.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility upkeep.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to security and audit procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for all roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a professional appearance.
