Responsibilities
- Maintain spotless guest rooms and common areas through daily dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing protocols
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all supplies are fully stocked
- Adhere to strict cleanliness standards and safety procedures for all assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance team for prompt resolution
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to optimize workflow and maintain schedule efficiency
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment in assigned zones
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive training provided for all new team members
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout shift duration
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance record
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination and guest interactions
