Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
- Manage the P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff to ensure high performance and retention.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that reflects our brand values.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a full-service property.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and P&L.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Food Handler's and Alcohol Service permits (if applicable).
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
