Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas, ensuring a spotless appearance at all times.
- Make beds with precision, change linens, and ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, and bathroom fixtures.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in rooms and public spaces.
- Dust furniture, polish wood surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors according to company standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with residents or clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods during a shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
